I try to capture the beauty of Cape Cod on my pottery.  Sometimes I use images that are literal, like boats and landscapes. Other times, I focus on the colors or textures or even the form of a particular image, rather than the image itself. Some of my pots are shaped like vessels. Pottery allows me to make permanent those ephemeral images that make Cape Cod such a beautiful place to live and make art.
